Sotheby's spring auction of 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Paintings, Drawings, and Sculpture is currently on view in New York City. If you can still make it, the lots are on view to the public from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM tomorrow, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday. The auction itself will take place on Friday. There are several magnificent paintings in the preview, including J.W. Waterhouse's Miranda: The Tempest.
