Christie's Auction House New York will soon be offering for view art from its upcoming sale of Old Masters & 19th Century Art, Including Select Works from the Salander O'Reilly Galleries. Previews begin June 2nd, and run through June 8th, with the sale taking place on the 9th. During those days, the art will be accessible from 10:00 AM through 5:00 PM, with the exception of the 6th, when the galleries will not open until 1:00 PM. Christie's is located at number 20, Rockefeller Plaza, and there is no charge for visiting the galleries.

the bouguereau painting used to be in our local museum and was one of my favorite paintings to visit... very sad to see it go!
