Ryan Brown's Center for Academic Study and Naturalist Painting (CAS) in Utah, has submitted a proposal to the Pepsi Refresh Project which seeks to gain a $50,000 grant to help art students.  If chosen, the idea put forth by Brown and his school, will will enable 20 students to each receive a $2500 scholarship to offset the cost of training at a non-accredited art academy, such as CAS, Studio Incamminati, or The Grand Central Academy.  Supporters of this idea can vote for the project daily until the poll closes at midnight, July 31st.
